I just wanted to send a note and say thank you for the fine service we’ve had from Active. We had received a door hanger from Tony on the Pest Control side and needed a company to take care of a problem we had been having. There was also a note inviting us to call if we had a need for heating and air conditioning service. While we had received service in the past from another company, we were not satisfied, and decided to call you. Angie, who answered the phone, seemed perfectly suited for her position. I believe she is an asset to the company. Rich came out and was very informative as to needs we had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He referred us to you, and after you met with my wife, Cindi, and me, we knew we had made the right choice. The installation went very smoothly. Jeff and Ben were very courteous and respectful, and I believe did a super job. I understand they may have been able to be off the day after Thanksgiving, but I’m glad they were the team “on call” for us. We want to again thank you for the way each of your coworkers has represented your company. That has made it very easy to do business with, and recommend you, to others.

Thanks again for the excellent service on my recent HVAC replacement.

It was truly a pleasure to work with you and your team of installers. I was very impressed with your personal level of expertise and customer service in the estimate which led me to choose Active over the HVAC company I had worked with before whose estimate who had come in lower.

The installation team did a great job as well and despite a challenging install took the time to get it done right.
